Abider introducing a tone generation

Looking for some advice. I just finished an Abider and am having a few issues that may or may not be connected.

First, the LED stays on dimly when the pedal is bypassed, and it seems to be passing through the circuit instead of true bypassing it. My assumption there is something wrong with the switch, but I’m unsure of how that may keep the LED lit.

Secondly, the pedal is acting as a tone generator where all 4 knobs are effecting the pitch or volume of said tone. Could that be related to C26, or should I be looking to the transistors or op amps?

I went through and cleaned the boards with isopropyl alcohol after taking these photos, and mounted the pedal into the enclosure, and it is passing signal both on and bypassed. The controls appear to be working ‘correctly,’ but the tone generation still happens when I turn up the deep control, and I can make it go away by adjusting the gain and volume controls. The treble control is changing the pitch of the tone from the deep control.

Any advice on where to look is much appreciated as I am still learning troubleshooting.

You can’t see in the photo, but I do have those on the back of the treble and deep pots
shucks...... Well... My other ideas were your footswitch breakout board could have too much solder flowed in there and shorting other pins... but then again you are getting something in bypass and oscillation.. where did you get your ic's from?

Stompboxparts.com, along with the majority (if not all) of the rest of the components.

I’m suspecting there could be something happening like that with the switch. I’m also going to try swapping C26 as that was the only one that I didn’t order but was passed along from a friend

Update: I have changed out C26 and swapped the switch. The LED is functioning properly, but the tone generation still persists. If I operate the pedal with the ratio all the way down, it works great. But as soon as I introduce the ratio, the tone generation starts. It can be tamed by turning down the deep control

I’m struggling to find a bad ground on this. The hot wire that runs from the input jack to the switch buzzes when I touch it. The oscillation tone generating seems to be coming from the deep control, but only is triggered when the ratio is turned up.
