Abyss and Duo Phase LEDs

Is it better to use a Diffused or Clear yellow LED? Does it matter? Thanks!

For the Duo Phase, Diffused works better.

I used diffused in my abyss and it worked a treat. I have seen some people who say different colors are "better" (green comes to mind but I wouldn't trust me if I were in charge) and will yield different results.
