My build of the awesome original design from PPCB (I'm pretty sure it's a design by Robert). If so, kudos! This thing rules. Can go from OD to distortion to fuzz easily. And very responsive to the volume knob on the guitar. To use the cliché, it really does clean up well.

As always, this being my 70+ build, I learned a few things. I accidentally soldered in a 100r where a 100k resistor should have been. Thankfully some brilliant member on this great forum spotted it and now all is right in my world. Still got some good practice in with the audio probe and schematic reading. Love this forum. Love this pedal.

just finished my acid rain build. personally, i wish it had more fuzz.

i add a two way clipping switch by adding two 1N4148's and a .1uf cap to the third gain stage (C4/R13) to mine so i could get more fuzz out of it, and it's sounds great both ways/

From the schematic it's like a big muff with the clipping diodes removed.
