ADHD no signal but static reacts to knobs

I recently finished an ADHD build and the led works, however there is no signal when in bypass or when engaged. I do get static white noise which gets louder when the knobs are turned up. And the switches when used adjust the noise too. Am I missing something? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hard to tell as the picture is quite dark, but is that IC orientated correctly? I think I can see the circle indicating Pin 1 showing in the bottom right side, but Pin 1 is top left

Is your IN tip red wire going to the correct pad, hard to see but looks like it's going to the IN jack ground pad

Yep that was the problem. All good now. Silly mistake. Thanks, everyone, for the help!
