Angry Andy pcb doubt

Hi guys!
I've recently ordered the Angry Andy pcb and I was wondering why it has two leds ( as shown in the electrical scheme and the template) but on the pcb the leds are four, two in the bottom just above the switches ( where they are supposed to be) and two in the top right part. I'm a bit confused about that!

The two on the bottom are your standard bypass indication LEDs, the other two are clipping diodes you mount on the board with all the other components.
