Another Rosamp SLO 30 build

Hello people.

Although I’ve fixed and assembled quite allot of audio gear during the past couple of decades, the last tube amp I’ve built was back in 2007, and it was some variation of a plexi that worked couple of months and then I decided that I’m the know all modifier.
Started this build yesterday and can only work couple of hours an day after work.
This is the progress so far.

Finished the chassis today and power supply. Brought it up slowly on variac until working voltage, all seems great: B+, filaments, bias all as it should be. Tomorrow will hopefully finish the main board.

Thank you. Yes I do, but it’s another project which may take a while. Already got the tolex and all the hardware, but I need to find someone to do the woodworking, because I lack the needed tools to make a proper finger joint. Will ask local shops, see where it gets me

Just finished it, tested and let it on for an hour. The the play test… what can I tell you? For me it’s the perfect sound both clean and crazy high gain stuff. Rediscovering my guitar collection once again. Can’t stop playing.
Tomorrow I’ll try to make some samples.
