REQUEST Anyone build a template for Muffinator Fuzz?

I have the Muffinator Fuzz in my build stack, and wondering if someone had already made a Tayda drill template for this? It looks like it would be a modification to the Muffin Fuzz, with the diode switches located appropriately.

I did receive one in December using the template linked below, and it worked out fine. So did the pedal - I haven't written up a final build report, because I didn't actually print this case (mistakes were made), so it's just a blank box with holes.
This is setup for the Neutrik NMJ#HC-S style phone jacks and the narrower diameter Lumberg 1614 09 Jack (Tayda brand version A-991), so you may need to adjust those diameters if you use something different.
