Hi,

Anyone know any info on this transistor? I’ve tried to type the letters/numbers on the transistor to the best of my abilities but nothing seems to show up on the internet searches.

Not up to date on my Cyrillic but the backwards 7/I indicates a mil-spec version.
ГТ2307 is basically just a prescreened GT2307.
Not indifferent than a JAN/JANTX indicator in the US.
