My first thought as well

The build-style looks very much like some cheap pre-popped boards I got from TaoBao.
(glue, cap colours, blue pot-condoms etc)

I'll have a look at them later and see if anything matches up, but I didn't get the Bluesbreaker.

Why, but it's evidently a Psychedelic Transmografier!

Nah, no clue, other than the fact that it seems to be some variation on the op-amp distortion/overdrive theme, judging by the diodes and IC. Trace it, even partially, and you shall be illuminated.

Lost my list of Tao Bao offerings, but IIRC I picked up clones of:

MXR Blue Box — which looks identical to the layout of Fuzz Dog's "Blue Fool"
Krank Distortus Maximus
HPF — similar to how the Blue Box is a clone of Fuzz Dog's Blue Fool, this one looks like it came from Efekty's version.
LPF
Rothwell Comp (Love Squeeze)

Your PCB's footprint doesn't match any of the PCBs I have nor any of the Fuzz Dog or Efekty PCBs.
Nonetheless, I think it's from the same factory.
