SOLVED Awful waffle weird hum noise

So I finish building the awful waffle hooked it up to the test board and I get nothing when engaged only this wired hum when volume pot is turned Al the way up. I’ve measured my voltages for my ic and here they are

8.92 0
4.46 .72
4.03 4.45
8.92 8.92

I’m getting continuity everywhere as well.
I thought it could’ve been the op amp I bought from tayda which is labeled ua741 I switched it with a lm741 and that didn’t make a difference.

Why are the IN, OUT, and GND pads empty?
edit: And where do the 6 black wires go?

I was hooking it up to the auditorium board to test it didn’t know I need those ground wires as well? I’ve hooked up my grav reverb the same way and it worked I’ll solder in those pads with wire and see what happens.

The 2 at the top go into power positive and ground on the auditorium board
The four at the bottom are out in and positive and ground

This is the orientation the test board wants me to hook up the circuit to test it as I was saying I didn’t know you needed those extra wires attached only because I’ve tested my reverb in this manner and it worked…

Thats literally what it was had to wire the in and out pads to the in and out on the test board and it fired right up

Looking at the build docs, the awful waffle switch wiring is different than most Pedalpcb boards. Watch out when you solder the foot switch.
