Best vactrol for Q-tron?

Hey everyone

I need more envelope filters in my life so I thought I might make an EHX Q-Tron. I found the schematic below, but here they simply list "opto" as the vactrols/optocouplers.

I was wondering if anyone kew what would be a good vactrol to use here. I checked my Micro Q-tron uses nsl-7053 but I haver had a hard time finsing these.

I know the mu-tron (such as Aion FX's Lumitron) uses vtl5c3. Would this be the best option here?
