SOLVED Big Muff not working

After 12 successful builds with no issues, the 13th has beaten me. I get bypassed sound, but no sound and no LED when activated. I used sockets for the transistors and trimmers for R7 and R12 I believe. Using the Green Russian values.

The only thing I can think to try would be removing the trimmers or maybe reflowing the DC jack connections, otherwise I have no idea why my LED is at least not working.

Can anyone spot any problems?

So I got my multimeter. I have 9V at the jack if I use the ground prong, but my enclosure is not ground. Is that indication of a short to the enclosure somewhere?

No, it's a clue that there is a missing connection. Apply power. Connect the meter black lead to shell (GND) lug on either the IN or OUT jack. Touch the read meter lead to the anode of the 1N5817 and report the reading.

If I touch the sleeve of the Jacks I get 0V

If I use the ground on the DC I get 9.5V

My pots and trimmers are reading correct resistances

Update. If I check continuity between DC ground and the board the LED flickers on

Gonna redo that connection

The case is solved. Thanks to anyone who stopped by. One freaking connection was bad.

I had a suspicion it could have been bad. It wasn't loose but I think the wire was insulated from the jack by the plastic somehow
