From the description it really sounds like the Coda Effects one except with the dirty boost being able to be switched into a very dirty boost. So I guess it's not a LPB-1, but has been switched for something else?

And it has a mod to the bass side of the tone control turning it to bass boost only
Could probably get close with a pair of muffin crumbs, switching the second one in and out.
