Hello,
I wasn’t really sure where to post this as it’s not really a pedal troubleshooting issue. I ended up picking up a DOA boss rc-300 looper for 20$ off Facebook marketplace. Hoping it was an easy fix bad dc jack etc. I’ve had a few good experiences doing this with some amps and pedals in the past. Well this thing is a little different lol. Using my multimeter I thought it could be the switch because I could see power to the switch and nothing after it. Confirmed ground continuity and continuity between the switch and pin 8 of some of the smd 4580’s on the smd board. Anyways in my messing around with it I for sure broke the switch if it wasn’t already. I’m wondering if anyone know what type of switch this might be. Boss basically tells you if you have to open the case to replace the part take it to an authorized service center. It appears to be a 6 pin momentary switch has two little copper pieces inside that get pushed over the pins inside a plastic casing. But I haven’t seen anything that looks similar in my preliminary search. Included some pics of the side if anyone sees anything super glaring Not super concerned if I can’t get this thing fixed, but it’d be kind of cool if I did
