Burned a PCB pad, is there any workaround for this? (Informant Overdrive)

I did the same exact thing on my very first build last week, and twebb6778 was thankfully able to help me out with a workaround and I got it working.

Within the first 15 minutes of starting this one I did the same thing again and dropped solder into a PCB hole while doing a socket, and I spent an hour trying to get it out. I tried desolder wick, poking through it with a needle, etc but in the end all I did was burn the pad off trying to get it out.

The resistor pad I burned up is the 10K resistor at R14 (bottom right portion).

Is there any chance of jumping that resistor or anything?

Thanks.

Since posting this, I did manage to get it out which is pretty upsetting since it wasn't until I burned one side off.

But the other side of the pad looks to still be in tact. Is it still usable if only one side of the PCB is burned, and I just solder the resistor in on the reverse side?

Thanks
