This maybe my favorite circuit. It has a ton of raw power and versatility for different genres of music. I breadboarded this circuit and had my transistors picked out, but when I put it all together, it just wasn’t right. It had too much gain and feedback. I lowered the HFe on Q3 and that did the trick. Q1 and Q2 are near a HFe of 40 and Q3 is 70. Q1 and Q2 are P416As and Q3 is a CV7007. I added a resistor between B and C of Q3 to provide more “leakage,” and it sounds great.

The enclosure is beyond belief and @steviejr92 ’s creation. It is stunning.

Yea! I was glad to find a good use for them. They are lower in Hfe but worked well for this project!
