Catalyst Delay - barely audible when pedal is engaged

Hello I'm having an issue with the Catalyst Delay where the dry signal sounds fine, but when I engage the pedal you can barely the sound. I've tried reflowing the solder to all the joints I could but still doesn't work. I've included some pics and sound clip too. Help. :\
