Cepheid Chorus no wet signal

Hello all, first post here but been reading a lot and looks like a really great community. Got my chorus built the other day and after a bit of trouble shooting (had a 4.7 in instead of a 4.7k in R103 and a 51k instead of a 56K in R27) everything was working and sounding great. Gave myself a pat on the back and left it for the night. When I got up the next morning the LFO was on steady and no effect signal at all. Turning the rate up/down does nothing. I'm thinking the 3102 died but wanted to get some thoughts from others. If you zoom in you can see a faint line across the chip at pin 3 and on the side of it (didn't get a pic of it) there is a small pin hole. any advice would be much appreciated.

If someone here who knows what they are doing answers listen to them, not me. Thats my first bit of advice.

Looks like you used sockets for the chips -
Good - if you have spare of the chip in question - try swapping it.

If it was working I would look over all your wiring and soldering to see if somethings bridging or come loose.

Also make sure all your chips are seated properly.

You may well have done all this, if so be patient - the folks here are really helpful.

your pics show your ground points are not connected to your jacks.... also your trimmer appears to be dead in the middle... the sweet spot on a chorus is pretty narrow... your gonna have to fiddle with it to get it set in the right spot...
