SOLVED Circulator cap type for the 1u

Was surprised to see the 1u spots on the circulator board are not large enough for box film type 1u. Is there any advantage to making them work or should mlcc work fine. They are in the signal path.

I only use mlcc for all the big caps in my designs as well as other PCBs. I just don’t like them.

I’ve read to keep mlccs above 1n out of the signal path if you’re going to use them so wasn’t sure. Probably one of the opinion things I guess.
