Clock of tone - Volume potentiometer

This is a pedal that seems very interesting to me.

I wanted to know if I use an A100K potentiometer for the volume, could I have some kind of problem with the operation of this circuit?

The circuit should work just fine. C2 and the volume pot create a high pass filter to block out the super low frequencies. You can even go down to A50k if you want.

100K will be fine with no other mods req'd.
