Just boxes this one up. Stock, it's was pretty meh- a little too subtle for me, so I added some enhancements.
Going off of memory, as I seem to have lost the schematic I was drawing on in the time it took me to get it boxed, but here goes-
Here's a meh demo. COVID is still kicking my ass, and playing isn't terribly fun right now
Also, anyone know what brand these 4069s are? I bought a ton of em from a surplus supplier and it included RCA, Motorola, TI, and these guys. I'm not familiar with the H symbol
Going off of memory, as I seem to have lost the schematic I was drawing on in the time it took me to get it boxed, but here goes-
- R4 - 100k to allow more signal through
- R5- 270k increase the gain of that first inverter just a smidge more
- R7- 270k to give a wider range to the EMP pot, almost to the point of self oscillation
- R9- 270k to take the resonance just a tad further
- R10- 1k supposedly increases output volume along with R11. I find the R4 swap to be more noticeable in this regard
- R11- 100k
- R12- 680k
- R13- 4.7M, with R12 increases the gain goin into the detector
- R31- replaced with 2M Decay pot for a wider decay range
- C5- 1U, this goes with R10-11 and C7 to increase output volume
- C7- 33n
