SOLVED Crybaby gcb 95 no effect sound / bypass works

Hello all!
I've successfully done a few of these stinkfoot bypass mods now. This one was working when I sent it off but it sure isn't now. Bypass works fine and the LED lights but zero sound for the effect. I moved the inductor to the top two pads but I had to flip it in order to fit. I'm not sure if there is a polarity or if it even matters. I 86'd the quick connecter in the hopes that the problem would be magically fixed but it's still the same. I pulled both transistors and they both test 650hfe on the DMM. Though the voltages test funky on both when in circuit:
Q1: C = 8.02
B = 0
E = 0
Q2: C = 7.68
B = 7.27
E = 6.96

Any help is appreciated!

Three pads had been broken! I also swapped out R3 as it was reading 75k and electrosmash BOM says 22k. The trace from the new input had been boinked as well as both of the inductor traces. "Home Dentistry" costs double!
JJK, I'm just glad I got it!

An audio probe along with a signal generator found the issues quickly.
Sometimes it just takes writing the problem out in order to get the proper perspective on the issue. After I originally posted I got reinvigorated to find the problem.
