cyberdriver cyborg drive, mostly silent

Hi, i bought a Cyborg Drive Kit from Musikding, i cant get the circuit to work, but that is not the issue, while trying to debug i accessed the given documentation here on PedalPCB, and the Board is just not the same.

The Documentation is showing a revision number, the PCB is not... the left two diodes on my pcb have a alternating orientation, and the top left resistorbank has a different order, maybe there are more differences.

Now i dont even know how to debug, the PCB layout differs, i have no kicad files of the pcb, and i can not trust the scematic to not also have changes.
Any Idea how to access the documentation that fits the pcb i bought?

The PCB just hast the PedalPCB marking on the front with the komponent values (no longer readable, due to components beeing there) and nothing on the back, not even a revision number.

the schematic will be the same, boards undergo revisions for layouts but not schematic wise. can you post some pictures? Musikding carries some old stock so it's probably a previous revision

between pin 4 and 8 i read 8.85V on both ICs
the 2n3906 is socketet because a socket was part of the musikding kit

when audio probing between the E leg of the 2n3906 and the incoming leg of the 10k the signal is the same, so the socket seems fine, at the other end of the 10k the signal is dull, at the input of second ic, leg 3 the signal is barely audible, this is true for the 500hz or 1khz signal of my scope

can you measure each pin of both ICs? Pin 4 is ground and Pin 8 is the supply so 8.85 is normal, but have to see what else is going on. If you can supply better pictures of the in+ out jack/switch/dc jack/pot wiring that will help as well

all against gnd

IC1
1 4V
2 4V
3 4V
4 0V
5 4V
6 4V
7 4V
8 9V

IC2
1 0V
2 4V
3 1V
4 0V
5 4V
6 4V
7 3.3V
8 9V

i use small jacks for my diy pedals, easyer to experiment with in a desk situation, and its a hammond 1550p, i just love them IMG_6441.JPEG IMG_6440.JPEG IMG_6438.JPEG IMG_6436.JPEG IMG_6435.JPEG
