SOLVED Dark Esbat non-functional

Built the Dark Esbat to spec and experienced some very strange and erratic behavior: With the MC33178p chips at first, an extremely "gated," 100% wet-ish harsh distorted signal in on switch positions, nothing with off. Reflowed some points and ended up with nothing but ticking, which changed in speed with the gain knob. So, I'm guessing it's a power issue.

Took out the MC33178s from their sockets and reflowed everything. Popped in some sturdy new TL072s since the MC33178s were pulls and their legs are extremely fragile and bendy. Now, no signal at all except a quiet hum.

Checked continuity between IC pins and solder-side socket pins: everything has continuity.

Here is the SCHEMATIC

3: 0.893
4: 0
5: 0.728
6: 7.965
7: 8.083
8: 9.232

Other readings on the power circuit:

R101: 0.088
C102: 0.088

There must be something I am doing wrong in my recent soldering practice. Maybe my method of tacking and aligning sockets is lifting pads? It's demoralizing after having built like a whole rack of complicated pedal, and binning a failed fuzz face build. I had to successfully build me a cream puff/cream pie last night just to make me believe again, because these boards are checking me.

Any help and/or insights GREATLY appreciated. I really try to approach every wall I run into in pedal building as a learning opportunity. It's just a bit demoralizing sometimes.

I ran an audio probe but forgot to write down the tracing, so I can redo if necessary, but my instincts are telling me it's something with the ICs/power.

Music6000: yes, it was disconnected. I believe it was measuring forward voltage in the continuity/diode setting.

Jumpered pin 8 of IC 3 and 2, and yes, indeed, we have a fully functional pedal! Why didn't I see that obvious thing? Maybe because I didn't take a close look at the schematic and assumed that the v was flowing IC1 first. At least I will know what pattern to look for in the future.

Thank you very much for the time and the help, Robert and all. It is very greatly appreciated.
