DCA55 idea

Here's a wee idea for those of you that hate your DCA55 wires getting all tangled up when testing numerous components

One of my probes eventually detached itself and after spending time trying to come up with a clamp gizmo to separate the wires when I opened it up to resolder the probe I suddenly thought extra holes so cut a couple into the enclosure

If you want it looking more pro than my effort you could drill a coupla extra holes detach yer probes and fit them through and resolder

Anyway it works and tangles and twists a lot less

The one I really hate is my multimeter leads getting all tangled. I nearly destroy them out of rage every time
Haha I hear you my neighbours must think a mad psycho lives next door I've been known to headbutt cupboards in frustration when I can't get that wire to hook onto that bit you can't get to

Maybe I'll get onto that meter lead clamp gizmo

I’ve never opened mine up. How easy would it be to fix the leads if needed?
Really easy Benny the one I've got is the 12v Battery one so you need to open it up to change that

My probe actually came off on the probe end this time so it was a little more difficult to resolder than if it detaches internally as you can see easy to access if it detached from the solder joint internally
