Death Grip (Byrdhouse Compressor)

Never used a compressor before, but I recently bought a 12 string and thought I'd give it a shot.

This is really quiet and the colour switch give some nice eq options. It's a compressor, it does what it says on the tin.

The enclosure was powder coated, then white lettering and skull were sprayed on with a stencil, then a decal was placed over the top for the black outlines. It took ages, and turned out ok, but I think I could do a better job next time. At least it proves I can successfully use decals over stencils.

Nope, I just gave it a few days between coats. I think using some heat to cure would have been a good idea though, I touched it a little early after one of the coats and took a chunk out of the eyebrow, filled it in with sharpie haha!

It was more of an experiment to see what kinds of finishes would work together, I just have to be more patient!
