Do any pedals use these transistors?

2N2102
2N2102 could be used in a Fuzz Face, and I'd try them in a Muff or Sam Ash fuzz.
Or use them as diodes.
They're listed as a replacement for 2N3053:
Echoplex used 2N3053, Sam Ash Fuzz... Could try 2N2102 in a Fuzzrite, give them a go in anything low to medium gain.
Delyk has a couple of cool projects that require super-low gain hFE

I found datasheets for 2N2102 from NTE, STMicro, and Central Semi — there may be others.
hFE around 120–200

No hits for freestompboxes, but DIYstompboxes had a few hits, ex:

They've gotta be cool, they come in a metal can! (TO-39)

I don't know, I didn't get any hits searching my hard-drive nor the Net.
I couldn't even find a decent datasheet, the links to datasheets seemed dodgy so I didn't click on them.

What little useful-info I could find was here:

Seems low-gain as well.

Try searching for an equivalent in another pedal:
