Does changing modes reset the controls positions on Spatialist?

In other words, if I have the control 1, 2, & 3 where I like them and then switch modes, then switch back, do the values get reset where I’ll need to move them around to the settings back? … What if I unplug power and plug it back in, does it reset in that scenario?

I think it won’t because the controls are using analog variable resistors but not sure since the patches are digitally programmed.

The controls behave like analog pots.

For example:
If you turn delay time all the way down, switch modes, turn it all the way up, then switch back to the previous mode the delay time will be all the way up because that's where the pot is set. The previous setting before switching modes is not retained.

One thing to be aware of, most of my algorithms have smoothing on the pot inputs so some of the values take about a half second to "climb" to their target settings when powering up or changing modes.

Thank you. The reason I was asking is because I’m building one and wanted to keep the 3 controls inside as trim pots to simplify the external UI but wasn’t sure that would work. This helps.
