I used the measured diameter from the instructions for the rotary switch diameter, I have no way of double checking that diameter though and you may want to validate it against the actual part you plan to use. I used 3mm for the indicator LED diameter and I used the larger panel mount power jack diameter. The LED (x,y) coordinate was a best guess as it is not marked exactly on the drawing. I added the 0.2mm for powder coating to all diameters.
