Pretty excited!

The first thing I tried to build was the Curds and Whey. I got a lot of good advice in the troubleshooting forum (thanks everyone!), but then ultimately decided to shelve the build for a bit and get a quick win on a simpler circuit. Before coming back to it.

It looks like the pcb could fit in a 1590A- my 'lil LED didn't quite reach in the 125B's hole based on the drill template, so I extended it.

Very happy to have built a working device. On to the next one! Oh, here's a short clip recorded on my phone.

Nice work on your first build! I have found making these to be a lot of fun but at times can be discouraging when it doesn’t work first try. Good on you for pivoting and getting a win.

The trouble shooting process can feel pretty rewarding when you are able to get something working that you have struggled with.
