Episode Booster Bypass

Hi, I just did my first DYI kit. An Episode Booster kit bought from MusikDing. Have mounted everything, and now testing before installing in enclosure.

Pedal works fine when engaged (have only tried 9 V). Produces nice tones, and the toggle switches work fine. However, there is no bypass when I disengage footswitch. If the pedal isn't on, there is no sound coming through.

Have added a couple of pictures ... I am aware that my choice of wire colours is off, but I will make this more consistent when I do the final installation.

Any suggestions on what I have done wrong ??

I think you just need to move the two blue wires coming from your audio jacks from from where you have them on the pcb over to the two open holes on your footswitch board.
