Experiment with the Meter tuner

I'm experimenting with changing the look of the Meter tuner a bit to reduce the amount of space the needle travels to help it feel less jumpy. What are your thoughts?

Alright. I wasn’t satisfied with the partial circle so I’ve implemented a nonlinear scale instead that should give us the best of both worlds. How’s this?

I'm good with either/or.

Full circle satisfies.

I guess a higher resolution around +/-0 plus maybe a more pronounced change of the background color when fully tuned
(e.g. red to green), would come in handy.
