SOLVED FDIC Boost - Pots have no effect

I just built a FDIC Boost and when plugging it in I get bypass signal and signal when engaged but my knobs don't have any effect on the signal. Is this due to a soldering error as the signal can still go through and the effect isn't on top? Not sure how this works as there is no bypass on this circuit. Thanks!

It's a buffered bypass circuit, are you sure you aren't in bypass mode?

I traced the circuit and I believe I have a faulty IC chip, the signal works right up to the IC sends to the output, i'll get another chip and see if that solves the problem.

I tried using a different IC chip and the pedal remains the same. How can I know if it's in bypass mode?

Attached is the schematic for it, i noted where my signal stops going through which is why I thought the IC was damaged

This has been resolved, there was a small bridge on the 3pdt from soldering that I disconnected with a hobby knife.
