After etching and my own PCB and enclosure for an Electro Harmonix Octave Multiplexer in a 1590B almost exactly 12 years ago, and diggin' it, I found that Madbean had a pcb for one for a 125B with all top jacks so I just finished building it. They sound basically identical. I did add a pedalpcb relayed bypass in the new one.

Nice builds !

Maybe you can be also interested in Lectric Fx's Downtown fuzz, which is the 5-knobs version with a built-in fuzz, and the fuzz is great.

I think it's a unique big muff variant, if i remember correctly, works great combined with the sub octaves.
