I replaced that wire and it is working again. Thanks for all the help guys!
Apparently when I was testing it outside of the enclosure I blew up the LED so I replaced that too. I used heat shrink tubing like I should have the first time. Fun.
This turned out to be a troubleshooting thread so if it needs to be moved there, great.
