FV1Dev Bundle for macOS - ch341eeprom

How exactly is this used, when attempting to run the command via terminal I end up with "ch341eeprom: command not found"

you have to do some google searches for a program that will use the hardware. for example, here is a search for Windows 10

so the "ch341eeprom -s 24c32 -r <filename.bin>" command is working now but throwing an error that "Couldnt configure USB device with vendor ID: 1a86 product ID: 5512". Is that a component issue/driver?
