Necro bump, is this board following the layout of a standard 4 knob board (with the exception of switch instead of knob)?

Yeah, I used a standard 4 knob for mine, and added a washer on the switch to account for the larger hole (but that was because Tayda was still selling pre-drilled for cheaper than custom drilled).
