That’s them. The crowd was equally entertaining and sometimes all there was to look at. We were sitting in decent chosen seats with the best experience in mind. Rarely got to use them except when the warmup band played, else we’d be staring at butts all night (perhaps one of Will’s fantasies, I couldn’t say).
EVERY and I do mean EVERY song was a sing-a-long, and you’d think after 50 years, the fans would have learned the freakin’ lyrics.
They sold beer in quarts. Great concert.

Sounds fun! Joe Walsh is always a good time. I’ve been to plenty of those concerts where the audience sings along, but maybe should have read a lyric sheet first lol. You ever hear 500 people try to sing Squeeze songs— weird British rhyming slang and all? It’s interesting to say the least 😂

I like it when the audience sings a long, I don’t like it when the artist stops. I get it, but I didn’t pay to hear the audience sing.

The best part about being a prog rock fan is the lyrics are too hard for the audience to sing along to.

Today's secret word is "fartknocker". The origination of this word came from an old family friend who used to always great his favorite people with, "Hey there, ya fartknocker! How ya doin'?"

Another one he would use with us kids is Murgatroyd. He used to tell us, "Now, kids, there's one word you should never, ever use. It's the world's worst word ever and you should never, ever say it. Do you want to know what it is?" Naturally we would and he would respond with, "The word is....", he would pretend to look around to make sure no one was looking, "...Murgatroyd" in a whisper. That's some funny shit to do to a kid! :P

I miss that guy. He was cool.
