Happy thread - Things that make us smile

The work threads been bumming me out a bit so I thought I'd post a pic of our new neighbours to cheer people up. We had some cows move in to live with the sheep in the field next door and my son is loving it.

He goes out with me every morning when we let the dog out and says "good morning cows, good morning sheep how are you today?". After the dog finishes her morning business and we go back inside for breakfast he says "I love you cows and I love you sheep, I'll see you later" he then blows them a kiss and comes inside to 'help' me with breakfast :ROFLMAO:

Miles better than breakfast meetings in my old job

120 from mixing to out of oven? That's fast!!!!
Yeah, one of my morning (self made) assignments was to get a batch of dough going too. This is for a focaccia that slow rises (after a few punch downs) in the fridge for 4 or 5 days. It’s the one dough that is so loose that I also use a mixer/dough hook for. I think my favorite part of bread making (well, obviously not including eating it fresh out of the oven) is kneading, but this dough is too hydrated to really knead until it’s sat around for a few days.

Bless you, @SillyOctpuss, for this thread!

Fresh bread always makes me smile.

MTBing... always, but especially when grooving the trail and becoming one with the bike, trail, surroundings, time doesn't exist , just in that moment and it's not a cliché.

That feeling when the band is grooving and everyone has lost their inhibitions and you play stuff that's absolutely channeled from the divine so much so that later you ask "Wow, was that really me?".
