SOLVED Help! I Need Somebody...

Just finished the Conqueror and I ran into an issue: I get bypass fine, but when engaged the tone is very quiet, and very clean. I can tell the Yoko switch is working...there’s just no drive. I only get sound when the volume is at maximum and the gain at minimum. The other two controls seem to do nothing.

I have had a hell of a time with pedals recently. It seems I just can’t get anything to work...

No, wouldn't think so.

Edit: Someone else may know exactly what to check first, but if it were me, I'd start probing the signal path.
Yea, that’s on my list. I hate signal probing, though. I need to come up with a more efficient system...

Update: I went through and found an oopsie component (220R where a 220k should have been). I also re-flowed all of the joints, and had to replace an A10k pot (broke at the wafer when I bent it up). All back together, and I get clean tone when the pedal is on. It is not bypass; its a bit quieter and more muffled, but I can at least tell that all the controls work. There's just no gain. I checked the transistors and they are all in the right place, with no substitutions made. I guess my only choice at this point is to cobble together an audio probe and go through the circuit...

Anybody know what could cause low gain?

Do you have a strong single on lug 2 of the gain pot?
I do not. I have pretty strong signal almost everywhere, except on lug 2 of the gain pot, and Q3. I have a weak signal at the collector, and no signal at base, though I’m not sure if that’s supposed to be that way, of if maybe the gain pot is bad?...
