Help on Caesar Chorus build

All of my components have been mounted into the board but I'm not getting any sound. The LED's by the on/on switch do light up (only consistently on the up position - not sure if it's supposed to be that way or not), however, my toggle and rate LED's do not. I only get some sort of clicking sound when turning the trim point at various points. Any idea what this could be? This is my first build so any help would be amazing! (Apologies for some messy looking soldering, still a bit of an amateur)

Do you have your blend pot insulated? If not, it could be shorting out against your board.

I don't, but it is not touching any of the leads.

I see a lot of bad solder joints. I would clip everything a little tighter to the board and reflow everything.
