High pitch whine - Comes in and out (clip)

So this is a build I'm working on. It's a 2-in-1. The signal starts at a 3PDT order switch before heading to the 2 independent circuits. This whine can be heard both in bypass and especially when engaged. I suspect it may be related to the LM13700 based compressor.

Any quick ideas?

Any charge pumps? Does it dip it worth a battery, too? Im just curious for my own research.

Sounds like it's tied to the compressor release.
But it should be the inverse, louder the. Quieter over time.
Is it fully enclosed? Sounds kinda like EMI from a monitor or bulbs etc.

I did have the backplate off at the time.

I should also mention it does not seem to make this noise when plugged into my 2 amplifiers, but this recording was direct in to my interface for testing, and could be related to my monitors. My other pedals have never made this sound so could this just be a more sensitive circuit?
