I've been using heat transfer vinyl for the graphics. Can be a total pain, especially with small text. This is my first attempt at using waterslide decal paper on the inkjet. This was a bit of a challenge since the 125b enclosure was textured. I was happy with the result though.

Dumb question, is this a single water slide and if so how do you know your placing the knob labels in the right spot? Anytime I’ve used water slide I cut the labels out individually but it doesn’t look as clean.

Measure everything, use shapes the size of your knobs (or knobs from a library) when making your design, you hide them in your final print. Make a few test prints on paper if needed to ensure right alignment.

Great info! I’ll give it shot. I struggled with my laser engraver as well and some of this may help that too.

It’s a single decal. I printed small alignment dots with the label. You center the dots over the holes when the label is placed. They get cut out when the label dries.
