How much current goes through a clipping diode in a guitar pedal>

Been trying to find an answer to this one on google, but honestly, I can't find any good resources.

Basically, I just want to know how much current is typically passing through clipping diodes either during soft clipping or hard clipping of a pedal, in order to figure out the Vf of a diode at guitar signal amperage levels.

Measure it! Stick a mulitmeter in series (not parallel) with a diode and you'll know exactly.
