How to get Backfeeder into the enclosure?

I must be doing something wrong, but Backfeeder is the absolute tightest build I've done so far and I can't figure out how to get it into the enclosure -- if I install the PCB first, the jacks won't go in... but if I install the jacks first, the PCB won't go in. It's like the pots are too close to the top of the enclosure, directly under the jacks. The only thing I can think to do is put it in a 1590XX.

Any other ideas?

Welp, the solution came to me a few minutes after posting... I used my reamer to make the hole for the jacks a little bigger towards the bottom of the enclosure, then they finally squeezed in. With the washer and nut on the outside, it's invisible. I had to put the jacks upside down from how I normally do it, and bend the connection tabs inward a bit to prevent a collision with the pots. Gonna put some gaffer tape on the pot covers for extra protection.
