DEMO I can't believe it fit. (That's what she said)

And then on the other end of the equation, I just finished this layout of a Champ going from that tiny enclosure that is drastically overpriced to a 10x6 hammond box that I get for $16ish+freight+taxes. This is BIGGER, not microscopic and allows me to use components of my choice and to modernize certain aspects, like an IEC socket instead of a big ass cord hanging out the end, a 4/8 ohm selector/transformer, a standby, etc....

I was able to use Coreldraw to modify some off the shelf fonts into Fender Silverface fonts. There are SO MANY names for the champ that I settled Champ Deux (2).

And on that note, my shop leaked during the last rain, we had FOURTEEN INCHES in my rain gauge, and I gotta go slap a 20x20 tarp on the roof before the next drizzle scheduled for this evening.

Aye Carumba..... At least it missed my $2000 grizzly table saw......... Unforetunately it did get my tube tester, which has dried off with apparently no rusting... one of the switches is a little stiff.... deoxit.....

I've had multiple practice places flood, at least 3 that I can think of. Somehow I've never had any gear get damaged. A few damp casters here and there. The most recent one was kind of funny because everything important was on a stage riser and stayed dry. Only a few boxes of merch were underneath but the roof leak came down directly on my old toy piano so it got absolutely blasted with water for hours. It survived but looked pretty gross. We were sharing that space with Red Fang at the time and luckily they had their array of Sunn Betas out on tour as they didn't use the riser.

Coulda been like this.
