I think the one you want with the 3207 is the 3102. There are a lot of similar part numbers that pair, which makes it real easy to mix up.

Yes. You’re good to use a v3102 with a mn3207 or vice versa. The coolaudio v series is the modern equivalent to the older Matsushita mn series of the same numbers.
