Is the super stevie a tube screamer?

Is the super stevie a TS/mid boosted? How does it have so much output? How is it different from the luxury 763?

The super Stevie has two diodes in series for the clippers while the luxury 763 only has one. The super Stevie will have more headroom while the luxury 763 will clip sooner. There's a couple other minor differences. Except in the extreme setting, they sound very close. Just turn down the gain a bit on the luxury and turn up the volume.

I made mine with the high gain mods and a boost in the end of the circuit on a toggle switch. I really like the sound. Great with a tele, a strat and my favorite, a Gretsch
