Is There A Drill Template For This?

Finished a mammoth fuzz board and want to put it in a box. The build doc does not have a template so I’m assuming this came as a full kit. I got it at stomp box parts. Does anyone know if there are any drill templates out there for this?

Does the build doc have a diagram of the PCB? Or can you get a scan from someone? It's not too much work to make a drill templates from a scan of the PCB.

Looking at page 3 I can see the pot hole guide on the PCB and you could use the center lug of the switches for those
