SOLVED Kliche Mini SE No Sound, Even When Bypassed

I just finished my Kliche Mini SE build, and the LED lights up, but I get no sound, even when the pedal is bypassed.

I’ve never had a pedal be completely silent before, so I don’t even know where to start. Originally the breakout board for the switch was upside down (pictured as such), but reversing it didn’t fix the problem. Is there anywhere I can probe while the pedal is bypassed to help diagnose it? I have no idea on this kind of stuff. Thanks for any help.

Figured it out. I brought up a picture of someone else’s circuit and somehow noticed within 10 seconds that I had the diode all the way in the bottom left in backwards. How I spotted it, I have no idea, but I got lucky and noticed it. That’s why the voltage in the low side of that resistor was so small.
you have to find somewhere without paint on the enclosure to tie them to, if you have stranded wire strip a good chunk off and stick it down into the screw holes and put the back plate on and screw it down
